...without sounding desparate? Have applied for this job before with no response, although I have the pedigree for it. Well their hiring again, and I don't want to miss out on an interview again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
 
put emphasis on what makes you great for the job. do you have alot of experience? have you been raised around others who did this job, so it is paracticaly in your blood?

why do you have a passion for it, what inspired you do go for this job?
