In california what is the punishment for statutory rape? should i expect a felony?

Iam 24, she is 16. when i met her i thought she was older. i know my fault. we had consensual intercourse. I got a call from her dad later that night saying hes calling the cops. We only knew each other a few weeks, not sure if he knows about the sex or just mad were hanging out. This is my first crime i ever commited and have a clean record other then a few parking tickets.
