In Fantasy Football (yahoo) who should i sub in?

I need help on 2 positions, 1 should i sub in Aquan Boldin(WR) or Jordy Nelson (WR), 2 Should i sub in Arian Foster(RB) who is (P) to play because of his Hamstring injury, or Jahvid Best(RB). these are tough decisions so i need and expert lol.
