In Immigration case,can I get Delta airlines to provide evidence of 2 year old trip?

The American embassy here is asking for me to prove that I actually left the U.S even though I'm standing in front of them.
I guess they need proof of the exact date.
I've emailed the company no answers yet, and time is running on me.
Please help!
