Tuberoot - Yes, "he called himself a murderer" by executing the orders given to him by the Sanhedrin; Stephan was one of them he looked after his things while he was stoned. But the Sanhedrin did not raise any particular Law against him. Thanks.
Legion - (some name you have...) Does this looks like he is talking AGAINST it? "...For circumcision indeed profits, if you are a doer of the law, but if you are a transgressor of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision." Was Abraham's circumcision what made him God's friend, or his faith?
 
He preached against circumcision, kosher dietary laws, and many other laws. Paul is the Apostle who severed the Christian link with Judaism forever. Though that does not explain his death, as it was the Romans who executed him, not the Jews.

As he repented and asked forgiveness,

Paul was free from any transgression in God's eyes . . .
