technology or methods? With satellite/camera surveillance,biometrics,sensors,robots,home automation,better security systems,future police forensics,etc will almost all criminals be arrested with days or weeks?
 
Only if you put a chip into every person.
You cannot fully track anyone in real life just with automatic systems unless they are specifically monitored in some way.

So no if someone is hiding all the satellites and cameras in the world will not find him.
 
It seems like the greater our technological capability, the more proof we require to arrest and try someone.
 
Technology will continue to improve, but criminals will keep finding ways to beat the system. This is an ongoing game of cat and mouse. Whenever some new technology is invented to fight crime, criminal masterminds begin the process of trying to outsmart the system.
 
Not necessarily. Ask yourself if criminals are arrested much sooner today than 30 years ago when there was no email, no Internet, no computers, no DNA,
