In Windows Vista I can click alt and see my menu bar. I cannot lock it in place so...

...must do each time.? I have IE 9 installed which strted the problem. F11 does not work in fact it removes evverything. View, toolbars, lock toobars also does not corect the problem. Must click alt whenever I want to see menu bar.Some call this the toolbar also.

click alt to reveal the menu, go to view, go to tool bars, and click on "menu bar"
