last time i benched i got max like only like 65 ....( i know shutup) and im 16 so how high do you think i can raise my bench within a month and a half or two months. cause i really want to get upto 100. i am starting to workout three times a week and im going to buy dumbells 10s 15s 20s and i have a pull up bar on my door. ill be working on everything pretty much like legs chest back triceps biceps core (also tell me how to workout core if you know) shoulders lilbit. only with dumbells and pull up bar and my own body.
