Infiniti J30 cluster lights on and radio pans from front to rear while driving?

I have a 1997 Infiniti j30. I was driving when all of a sudden the e-brake lights, faulty taillight light, and low battery charge light came on at the same time. When this happened, my music began to pan between the front and rear speakers until it silenced even though the radio was still on. The battery and alternator both passed a multimeter check with flying colors but no one was able to diagnose this. One shop told me that the Computer will reset itself because there seems to be a miscommunication. Is this true for this car? Any ideas on what this could be? t does not affect driving but it is annoying and worrisome. Thanks
