Which cities in the UK have the largest populations of Blacks?

I am thinking of relocating. Areas of consideration would be:

Liverpool.

London ( if not TOO expensive ).

Birmingham.

Manchester.

Which have well-sized Black communities and which do you prefer, personally?
Chuckes, a personal preference, maybe?
 
Those are not areas they are cities.

London has roughly 1 million black people or almost half the black population in the UK. But London is a big city.

Largest black communities in these London boroughs with large percentages;
Hackney borough: Clapton (my hometown), Homerton, Dalston, London Fields, Stoke Newington
Lambeth borough; Brixton, Stockwell, Streatham
Southwark borough; Peckham (largest black community in UK), borough
Newham borough; Plaistow, Canning Town, Forest Gate
Brent Borough; Harlesden, Stonebridge
Wandsworth borough; Clapham
Haringey borough; Tottenham
Lewisham borough; Lewisham

I wont suggest thought as this question comes across as racist which I am not but Iwould say avoid Liverpool
 
Get out of Europe and go back to Africa if you want to live around a large black community. We don't need more of you people ruining our countries.
