Interesting speech topic that relates to the teenage audience?

I have to make a speech in my English class on something that relates to teenagers. The only idea i have is why teenagers need more sleep. But it also has to be persuasive to them so I'm not entirely sure if that's a good idea or not.
If you have any ideas for a speech topic or any ways i could improve my current topic, please help! Thank you!

Drinking
Peer pressure
Sexual involvement
Politics in the world (i.e. egypt)
School attendance/ involvement
Driving

Less serious:
Sleeping- (benefits, lack of sleep etc)
A TV show (Anything from Kim Possible/Phineas and Ferb to Jersey Shore/ANTM or whatever is popular at your school)
Puppies
Straw
Living on a farm vs. a city
College - how NOT to get in
