Internet sharing error code (5)?

I'm trying to load my nintendo usb connector and this keeps on popping up? Ive tried Nintendo no help! Is it windows or my I P? please help!
 
Yahoo and others have a problem at the moment on the Internet. I cant send emails at this time. I get error code 5 on that. Look in your email you may have a notification about it if you have click on the link.
