Internet Speed test? (link below) Is that good connection?

this test gave me 16027 kbps download speed
and 873 kbps upload speed
is that good?
In this test i chose Dallas, TX which is pretty far from south tip of Texas where i live.

Speed differ from connection and traffic etc...You can check the speed of the internet at Ip-Details.com
My Speed:
Uploading speed :0.132Mbps
Downloading Speed 1.835Mbps
