ipad 2 ios 5 jailbroken , not working?

i have an ipad 2 32gb only wifi . i jailbroked it around a month ago , it was working fine with cydia , installous , spire and ifile ( 4 cydia apps ) . but yesterday i accidentally installed sbrotator , and then my ipad rebooted , but since then its on the apple logo , i have tried dfu mode but itunes says error 3194 , i dont know what to do.
