Ipad: Applications & Games, opens and closes problem !!?

I have a problem with my ipad, it was working properly and everything is fine. Now i dont know what happen once i try to open any game or application it close directly !! i restarted the ipad many times and i face the same problem !

any idea of how to solve this problem?!
