iPad vs Halo: Reach Console bundle?

Ok I really like the iPad but ive already preordered the Halo Reach Console bundle from gamestop, with 50 down on it. I already have an xbox 360, one of the original 20gb hardrive ones. Ive owned and iPhone before and know what its like to use the UI. Basically i was just going to upgrade the 360 I have right now with the one mentioned above, should I do it or get an iPad?
