iPhone 2g with 3.1.2 firmware Unlocking to T-mobile?

I have an iPhone 2g. I have the 3.2 firmware, is there any way I can put my iPhone on T-Mobile?
I heard something about "Unlocking" but I'm not sure how?
Can anyone show me how I can "unlock" my iphone with this firmware?
Because I want to switch it to T-mobile
 
u can but make sure is jailbreak and unlock first.
