Iphone 3G: With 3.1.3, and a backup file from 4.0.1 (I downgraded) can I restore

without upgrading to 4.0.2? If I have 3.1.3, and I have a backup file from 4.0.1 (I downgraded) can I use it without upgrading to 4.0.2? 4.0.2 doesn't have any way of downgrading without SHSH blobs and I can't upgrade to 4.0.1 because 3.1.3 is mean. :( Thanks!
