Iphone 4 - my battery is normal?

I think the battery draining really fast
5 hours of usage
14 hours of stand by
I used it in this 5 hours mostly for facebook, mail, internet surffing, the first 3 hours i had 3g worked and then i turned it off
Push only for facebook and skype
No apps running on backround
Brightness 60% automatic
After all that its 30% battery left is that normal??
