After getting my phone fixed, it had been restored. I am now syncing it and I am syncing my backup on to the phone. During the sync my phones screen went black, but still lit up. So the phone is on, but it's a black screen.
I left it to see if it was just part of the syncing process, but it has been going for a few hours, and the 'time left' keeps getting longer.
Is this what the phone should usually do when syncing backup to the phone? Or is there a problem? How do I fix it or should I take it back to the people who fixed it?
By the way the phone was completely fine before I synced it. It was working great, it just didn't have my stuff on it, which is why I started syncing it.
