iPhone 5 on T-MOBILE WIFI PROBLEMS?

I have had the iPhone 5 from T-Mobile for almost a month now and still cannot get WI-FI at home. I entered the wrong password the initial first two tries and after that I had remembered the password and will now always say "Unable to connect". I have tried turning it off and on as well as the router but no luck. Took it to T-Mobile and the re-booted the network but still no luck. What should I do now? Ask for a new iPhone 5?
