iPhone OS 4.2 takes long time to boot, is it normal?

i just upgraded my iphone 3GS OS from 3.0 to 4.2 and I noticed it takes much longer time to boot (about 2 - 3 minutes), compared to OS 3.0. I want to know if it is normal or something went wrong with my iphone while upgrading.

I just checked, it takes 1 minute and 30 to 40 seconds to be exact.
