ipod nano been washed in the washing machine urgent help needed guys!!?

i have washed my ipod through a whole wash cycle, took it out, look fine, left it on the radiator to dry, now there is a little wet patch on the screen, which i cannot get rid of, will this just disappear eventually??? any tios / advice please

The same thing happend to mine just let it dry it should be ok I left it in sunlight
