iPod nano or iPod touch?

Are the wi-fi, touchscreen and applications available on the iPod touch worth the extra money do you think, or is it just better to get the nano?
 
itouch is awsome, wifi, touchscreen and apps are great and better. i suggest the 2nd gen because it has external speakers means that you can play music without earphones.
