I have a 30g video black ipod, the first video ones without the floating album artwork stuff on half the screen
says please wait verry low battery with a battery with a circle with a line thru it in the battery and has one of those sad faces in the ipod that says go to apple.com / support
ive gotten these messages with ipods a lot in the past and ive always fixed it before by resetting it by like pressing the menu and middle button and holding it down for around 10 seconds, ive also tried the hold switch reset thing and everything it suggests on the apple support website....but this time nothing is working ive left it charging for days and it just keeps going back and forth saying its trying to charge but it wont ever work so i can go to the main menu and use it...it wont even get picked up by itunes when left charging on the compute...its totally messed up but i really have to fix it is there anything i can do that im not aware of to get my ipod back on its feet THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR HELP
