IPod Touch 4GEN or Motorola Droid X?

IHAVE the ipt4g, and i am in love with it. the cameras are a big help, even if they are not the best. i used to never shoot video, but the 720p camera is amazing...get the itouch 4g, then get the new phone...do it
 
I want to upgrade but not sure which to chose. I already have a phone that is pretty good, I don't have a data package. Next time I'll be able to upgrade is Sept, 2011. Would it be worth my wild to spend the $$$ on the Droid X now or buy the ipod Touch 4GEN then wait until Sept. to upgrade??

I have the iPod touch 3rd generation, and although I don't have a camera on my iPod, I'm perfectly have with it! (I'm actually using it right now to type this). If you already have an iPod touch I would say to get the droid. But if you don't have an iPod touch, they are definitely worth the money!
