iPod Touch (iTouch 5th Gen) or iPad Mini?

iPod touch or an iPad Mini?
Not a big fan of games
Already using a Note
For 15yr old
Currently using a Note 2
Siri is on both (Don't really care about that)
Mostly confused about that screen size and the choice between a tab and itouch (since using phablet right now)

The iPad is just like a big iPod. Th iPod 5th gen. is $299 and the ipad mini is $329, so for $29 more, you are getting a much better, larger tablet.

I would buy the iPad.

I would prefer iPod touch 5 cuz it's faster as has Siri on it and also the camera is amazing and has a flash. But if you prefer a tablet you could go with the mini
