iPod : Transfered the music files from C to D Drive?

Hi, I changed the source (folder of iTunes music) from C drive to the D drive. And now my Ipod wants to erase and Sync all the music. I want my iPod to be linked to the D drive instead of C drive (ie don't want to Erase and Sync all over again).

Any help would be highly appreciated,
