yeah so in my class i'm the one everyone comes to for good music & if there's something wrong with their iPod...well i did this one guys iPod tuesday and it was all good, perfect and everything.
well today he said his iPod was working okay in the morning but then awhile after listening to it he was gonna change the song but the backlight wouldn't go on but he just dealed with it figuring it would work later.
he gave it to this other guy that wanted to listen to it and i guess he tried to restart it but then it just went all white then black. now the iPod won't turn on at all! They tried charging it and everything and it barely started to work but then it gave out again.
anyone know what to do?
its the newer kind of iPod nano's....chromatic?
