Irregular period schedule help?

Ok, so I started my first period in 6th grade, and I'm now in 10th grade. At first I wasn't on a regular monthly schedule, which was normal, because I knew it took a while. But I'm now in 10th grade, and i still don't have a normal schedule. My last period was in..December? And it's March now. Is this something I should talk to my doctor about? It has always been this way, and i've never gotten onto a monthly schedule. So, no, it's not pregnancy, and no i'm not taking medication to effect it.

Does anyone else just not have theirs once a month?
