is $1000 dollars enough for a decent in car audio system? front and back...

...Speakers, SUB, amp and front deck? i live in australia...how much should it cost for a good system
 
My sound system is ALPINE with Hifonics Amps. I spent like around 800$ bad ass shit i'd say, got it all on ebay. good luck

the best way to get the BEST deal is to buy used amp/subs... make sure they they are in good condition. i just bought an amp and a really nice set of subs for 200$... which i checked and brand new they were like 350+450 $USD .. i saved alot. i made sure they were in good condition, and i kept the sellers info in case they were bad for some reason. but i couldnt have gotten better with 500$ buying brand new... let alone 200
 
yes 1000 dollars would buy you a very decent set up

you can get good sony jvc or pioneer decks for 1-250
speakers for front ant back will cost about 230
sub 300
amp 300 whats left you could use to pay for installation maybe

alpine amp
