is 13400 good buy for 1.6 nissan versa?

looking at 2010 nissan versa 1.6 with air and automatic. Nothing fancy not base model but step up. Tax and title out the door 13400. Edmunds says 12700 without tax and title. interest rate 5.2.
 
Some people buy the most innexpensive car and others look for the car that has a weird color with all the options that the dealer can sell for less like last years 2009 besides you don't see the color sitting inside. Anyway the MR - 1.8 liter motor is stronger to pull the air conditioning and automatic also get the CVT gear box there are less moving parts and acceleration will be much better. 96 cubic inches 1.6 liter is a motor smaller than some motor cycles have. Call around every dealership get prices look at "nissanusa.com" get dealers bidding aginst each other for your money you can do better. Options features make your ownership better and come resale time pay you back. The 1.6 just says this owner is economical and does not care about acceleration. Good Luck
