Is 15 year olds 30 pound dung bells good?

I dont work out much i can do 30-35 lift and curl is that good I'm around 130 pounds-150 height 5,8 that good

I'm jus need advice should i start working out again i use too
 
if you want bigger muscles then do 8-10 reps of those 35s, if you want more lean to 12-15
