Im injured (Achilles Tendonitis) and Was curious if a 16 mile bike ride was a good ride.
Please dont Give me a "Sport Calculator thing" Or one of those trackers. I just want an opinion from a knowledgable person. It Also included Plenty of Uphills
Finished in about an Hour and ten minutes(1:10:39 to be exact)
Is that an alright Time? and What would be a Bare minimum time I would need to do for the Excersise to benefit me? And Lastly any idea how Many calories burned?
Sorry Im just really bothered, Runnings my passion and I enjoy it, and its alot easier to measure calories burned and stuff, but It looks Like this is What i'll be doing for a while.
Thank you very much

Well...if I had an injured or torn Achilles Tendon, I wouldn't be riding at all. So you already got me beat. You're average speed was 13.5881 mph, which, considering hills involved isn't bad at all if you don't ride a bicycle that much. Probably better than most.

Calories burned? Fill in the blanks on the 2nd link below & then click on "Calculate". That will give you the amount of calories burned. Put in your weight, time on bike in minutes - round it off to 71 minutes - and Activity Level. Drop down to 12-14 mph.
