well i come from Africa, i have been in the U.S for 4 years now.. i tryout for my college basketball team but i have always been cutoff. The things is i think i choke under pressure and i loose my skills if i do have some.. for some reason i keep working out and work on my game..well do i have to give up or if you think i can make it, please advice me..i can't give up and i don't know why

For the NBA yes, but there are lots of pro-leagues around the world. You can go to an Asian country if you're tall enough to play center.

Definitely not. Plenty of NBA players start their careers at 23. As far as advice, all I can say is practice. You can never practice enough. As Jason Kidd said: "A lot of late nights in the gym, a lot of early mornings, especially when your friends are going out, you're going to the gym, those are the sacrifices that you have to make if you want to be an NBA basketball player."

Keep your head up man, and best of luck to you
