is 234k miles alot for a honda civic that has been maintained?

this is the add from craigslist.

1995 Honda Civic for sale, 234k. Automatic, CD player, power windows, power locks. Car has new tires, brake pads and rotors, axles, battery, transmission was just flushed, and I changed the oil a couple days ago. Body is in good shape. Gets great gas mileage and its a Honda, don't let the miles scare you, because it runs really well. I just paid the tags until January of 2010. Kelly Blue Book private part value is $2700, priced at $1950 for quick sale(its a second car and I don't currently need it)
 
what year? 234k miles is still big! considering that the average reading on a cars odometer is 20k miles per year
 
I got a 97 with 202xxx im second owner so if its been maitained and no collision damagee yah aslong as the price is not outrajes and its not older thann a 95 any b4 95 ususally good but thats tje last year they put the dl5/d16z6 so get back with more info we will answer u
