Is 3 sets of 8 reps at 85% max 2 x a week with 2.5 minutes between with

good nutrition going to build muscle? I'm confused, someone please help. I want to build size, I am doing 3 sets with 8 reps (80-85% max) with 2.5 minutes between 2x times a week. I do military press, standing curls, then push ups. I work hard to have very good nutrition with 200+ mg of protein a day (I also do a protein shake right after I lift). Am I doing this right?
A little more info, I weigh 260 with 28% body fat but am failry muscular from lifting in my younger years. I just want to know if what I'm doing is enough or need to add another day, reps, etc.
