Is $650 too much for a car alarm?

My boyfriend currently purchased an Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution and he was looking for car alarms
and decided to buy one for 650. he is gonna go tomorow to get it installed
and i tink its so stupid for someone to spend that kinda money on an alarm
especially when he is willing to spend that kinda money on that
and not pay when we go out and let me pay for his stuff sometimes
what do you tink?
 
For that kind of money, it should include a remote start and installation. It most likely will have some form of communication with the key fob to alert him if the alarm goes off.

He sounds a little immature to me. He may be self centered and concerned with himself. He may grow out of it, but don't count on it. The way he treats you now will be the best that he probably will ever treat you later on.

Think about it.
