is a 80cc dirt bike powerful?

im looking into buying a honda 80cc dirt bike this week. it is a 1999 model. ive had 150cc's in the past but this 80cc fits me well.

how much power do 80s get? and are they classified as "mini-bikes". i hope not, because i dont want a mini-bike. i just hope it's a regular smallish dirt bike.
yeah ive ridden a 150 4 stroke. but now im actually looking at an honda xr100! i'm 5'1, and i weigh 115. i mean if you have any info on either a 80cc, or a 100cc that'd be wonderfullllll. buying a new one this week!!!
 
If you have ridden a 150cc four-stroke in the past and now you are switching to an 80cc two-stroke, then it might be a good fit. Depending on your height and weight, you could do well on a bigger bike. If you add some description about your riding experience and size I may be able to suggest a bike for you.
