Is a new Malibu a chick car?

My parents want to buy me a new car for my 18th birthday (I really have no idea why, I love my 1993 Cadillac Deville) but I don't want a new car but I guess they want something thats good on gas, and the only thing I can find is a White 2011 Chevy Malibu LTZ with tinted windows, thats the only thing I like thats good on gas. I really want a work truck, but there huge and drink a lot of gas. Any suggestions?

And there is kid of a price range somewhere in the $20,000s
Why are my parents so unselfish I DON'T WANT A NEW CAR!
I'm keepin my Cadillac It's in immaculate condition.

Is the Malibu kind of a chick car?
 
In my honest opinion, it's a family car. If your parents want to buy you a new car, accept it. Have you considered a mid-size truck such as the Colorado?
