Is advice of Jesus Christ considered valid in Islam ?

Jesus advised not to throw pearls to pigs.
If Muslims consider him a true prophet then why they
do not heed to his advice and stop sending Quran and hadith
to complete strangers.
Should not they restrict such emails to known friends/relations ?
 
I don't see how
If you consider Jesus Christ's advice, that would automatically
render Islam null and void
