I am a teenage breakdancer and due to a shoulder injury i am not able to exersise as much as i used to so i am gaining weight and i would like to have abs my freind who has abs said running is the next best thing to do rather than earing right which is not an option for me i heard squats help for lower abs which is my main problem most of my fat is lower stomache wher the belly button my upper abs are fine but i was wondering if biking would substatute for running with the whole abs issue so if any one has any better suggestions or answers they will greatly be appreciated

you should do ab workouts.
lay on your back on the floor and slowly lift your legs up so they are at a 90 degree angle from the floor and then slowly lower them. this is a great workout for your lower abs.
biking and running are both good but biking is better for your legs while running helps with both legs and abs
