Okay. So Prom is in a good two months. I want to start losing a couple of pounds so I can look great in my prom dress!
So I decided to start using the Wii fitness game. This is what I do in my 55 minutes of exercise:
3 sets13 minute boxing sessions
3 sets 2 minute yoga stretches (Half moon pose)
3 sets 2 minute Chair stands
3- sets of rowing squats
I do this 3-4 times a week ^.^
I break out in a little sweat after this workout. Do you think this boxing will help me lose weight?
