Is Buying an Audi A8 3.0 TDI a good idea?

Have heard a lot of things about if things go wrong with air suspension very expensive or if one tyre goes you have to replace them ALL! does anyone have one of the new style A8's doesn't have to be a 3.0 would be interested to know what you all think before i buy them because they look like such a good deal used?!
