Is Deuce back in Hollywood Undead?

I'm new to Hollywood Undead (but love it) and was wondering, what's up with Deuce? I hear that he's taking a break on his own side project, got kicked out, or actually quit and started up his own band. I am so confused and I would love it if someone could explain it for me.
 
No one knows. He is currently working with the band on the band's third studio album. It SHOULD be released later this year (2012) but there is no set date yet. That's all according to wikipedia

"Artistdirect named the band's upcoming album as one of the most anticipated albums of 2012, along with other bands such as Linkin Park, Metallica, Black Sabbath, and others.[35] The band revealed that Griffin Boice and Danny Lohner, who worked with the band on their previous albums, have returned to produce the upcoming third album. They also revealed that they will be upgrading their masks again, like they did prior to the release of their second album, American Tragedy.[36]"


According to other sources however, he isn't back.
