...death) more effective then MMA? Dim mak (a subset of Chinese Kungfu) is depicted as a secret body of knowledge with techniques that attack pressure points and meridians, said to incapacitate or sometimes cause immediate or even delayed death to an opponent.

A pressure point in the field of martial arts refers to an area on the human body that may produce significant pain or other effects when manipulated in a specific manner.

If Dim Mark live up to its declaration, then it will be the most effective martial art because people who use it can easily kill the opponent?

So my question is:

Do pressure points actually exist?
&
Does Dim Mark live up to its declaration?

Ok I do karate ok? I definitely think pressure points exist as I used one on a guy in ma class about a year ago and his neck hasn't been right since!! In that respect dim mark is effective. But immediate or prolonged death is a bit much if you ask me most other martial arts teach you how to incapacitate an attacker and as you move up the belts possibly kill them! I think dim mark is a bit overdone and extreme that way!! MMA= forget it!!! As said above don't go pussyfooting around with a confusing mixture of martial arts as this will weaken your technique and you will turn from lethal to brutal!!!!
Hope this helps:):):):)
