Is DUAL a decent brand of car stereo?

I'm a little tiredof my stock stereo because it does'nt have mp3 hookup or HD radio. They're selling a DUAL stereo at the store for 69.99 at the store and it has both things. Is it a reliable brand?
 
Dude, your paying what your getting for it, if you have little more money get some thing as Pioneer Primer, Kenwood eXcelon, JVC Arsenal, Alpine, even sony X-plod is better then a freaking DUAL, they suck, unless your just get into the car audio systems. Also, be sure to check if is CEA-complaint. Otherwise, your not getting the best sound quality out of it.
