Is Fairy Tail in DVD and not in blue ray?

Okay soI have just gotten into Fairy Tail and I have decided that I'm going to buy the DVD collection but Funimation only has it in Blue ray it said a DVD combo/Vlue ray but does it mean that it's in regular DVD and in Blue Ray?
