Down Unconstitutional Care? Obama said it Best himself "You can not Exempt forcing the Homeless in America to work in order to buy a house and pay property taxes, while forcing Americans who are working to purchase Federally Mandated Health Insurance, if they Pro Choice choose Not to". Both Vinson and Obama are Correct, since Government in America can not force any one to work and force any one to buy health insurance. I am warm and fuzzy since the Judge and Obama came to agreement for the benefit of all Americans, working or not. After all, I am Pro Choice and Bearish on Forced Conscripted Health Insurance. Besides, Illegal Mexicans from Mexico, currently receive Free Health Care and are not forced to pay even a Peso.
 
NO, he is just doing his job. It was his opinion that the law was unconstitutional and that was the decision that he gave.
 
No. Providers of health care cannot choose who they provide their services to, so it isn't fair to claim consumers of health care coverage have a right to choose to go without coverage. Since health care isn't a pro-choice industry, there is no legal right to be pro-choice consumers.

Vinson's choice of words suggests his decision was motivated more by partisan, political agenda than legal precedence.
