...facts? I know eggs have protein and milk is good for your bones, so I was wondering if its a good idea to eat 2-3 slices of french toast after a 20-30minute workout? (treadmill constant running and physical stuff like push ups and crunches)

This is the recipe I use:
whole wheat wonder bread (about 6ish slices)
2 medium eggs
less than 1 teaspoon butter on the pan
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup 2% milk

Then once it's done, I put 2 tablespoons icing sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on it and eat it

What are the nutrition facts (mainly calories, fat, saturated fat, protein, carbs, and any type of vitamins, minerals) for this recipe for one slice, or the whole 6 slices (I can just divide and find the answer per slice). Thanks!

no this is not good to eat after a workout.

the meal after you workout is the 2nd most crucial meal in your day that you should be eating healthy.

your french toast is just carbs and fat. that is no good. sorry.

try fat free yogurt?

It is a high calorie meal. The Eggs and Milk are healthy, but your basically eating bread with a very high calorie syrup. It is not a healthy meal and I certainly don't recommend it if you are working out. It is a nice meal once in a while on Sunday's with your family, but you will probably end up eating more calories than you are loosing.
